Cinnamon Pumpkin Dog Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
1/4 cup of crunchy peanut butter
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 cup of water (amount varies depending on the consistency of your dough. Add a Tablespoon of water at a time until the correct consistency is achieved.
Instructions:
Place all the ingredients in your breadmaker in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Use the Dough cycle. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is ΒΌ inch thick. Using the size cookie cutter of your choice, cut out the cookies. Place the cookies on a greased cookie sheet and bake them in a pre-heated oven for one hour at 275 degrees F. The dog treats should be lightly browned Let the cookies cool overnight before serving them to your favorite canine!
