Cloud Star dog treats was founded in 1999 by a young newlywed couple with an adopted shelter dog named Samantha. This pup had both allergy issues as well as a finicky palate. Samantha's owners were having a difficult time finding dog treats that met her specialized dietary needs. Instead of giving up, they decided to bake their own treats from human grade ingredients. Although Cloud Star has grown in size, all Cloud Star dog treats are still baked in the USA from USA sourced ingredients. Cloud Star is committed to giving back and 10% of net profits are donated to non-profit organizations that benefit animals, women, children, and the environment.
